I'm an independent contractor providing support on computer, printer and other related equipment at the customer location. Although I haven't tested it yet with an airline baggage handler it seems to be rugged enough to withstand some pretty rough handling. The inside is well designed with plenty of pockets for all of my small tools and the partitionable storage space in the bottom is a major plus.

It's big and with tools, etc. is a little heavy, but having everything in one case, clean and organized has satisfied its purpose, saving a great deal of time and frustration of digging for tools in my old bag.
One note on tools ... not all tools fit in the pockets such as pliers with cushioned grips and screwdrivers with large ferrules, depending on how you organize your stuff.
