Ive had 3 of these within about a year and a half.
All 3 have torn at the zippers.
Like others have reported, the wheels get stuck very easy. They just don't hold up.

Lasted me less than a year. Zippers failed first, then wheels and now has a big rip. Designed for prima-donnas only, if you actually work for a living you may want to try the hard-shell with roller-blade style wheels.

The pocket and compartment design works very well for me. My biggest issue is that I must have caught a stone in a parking lot and the case skidded a little on me and I wore a flat spot in one of the wheels and now it clicks when rolling,
which gets annoying everyday. It does not look like the wheels can be changed out and I wonder if you can even get one.

I use the product as a service Tech. The bag is perfect for a service tech but the seams are bad. I have sent the bag back 3 times so far and every one the seams start to rip in about 4 to 5 month period. Right now I have the problem and will have to send it back. The really bad thing about it is I have to pay for shipping every time I send the bag back with no compensation. I do love how the bag holds my tools and laptop at the sametime and how I don't have to carry it around everywhere I go. Its great because you can roll it to the service call. If you don't mind paying 10.00 to 12.00 dollars to send the bag back every 4 to 5 months then buy the bag. But if you want something that last buy a different bag.

Use it in the field as a technition but the wheels are constructed wrong ....dirt jams in the wells and stop the wheels from turning....

I use the bag mainly for tools as a travel bag, on occations with my laptop.
The provided pouch for laptop is only for a 14" laptop.

The company purchase system was extremely slow and frustrating. The first time we purchased these items, things went smoothly. But this last time, a credit had to be filled out, signatures tracked down, the the app then had to wait to be reviewed, and then when it was finally approved, it took an addtional few weeks to ship. This was an item that was supposed to replace the first bag immediately, and the replacement procedure took way too much time and work. We will not be using this company again.

Used in field service, this bag is stocked with tools and supplies. This bag replaced an older version of same product.
The old one had more pockets and a more sturdy, three part telescoping handle. The new handle has four sections that collapse, making it less rigid when extended. There's also a button on the handle that is supposed to lock the handle assembly in place, but this feature doesn't work well and the handle base doesn't seem to be mounted into the body of the bag securely.
Like the old bag, the new one appears to have strong zippers and use durable material. The wheels on the new bag run more smoothly (like roller blade wheels), but the bearings have jammed at times, wearing a flat surface into the plastic, so the bag thumbs as it rolls.
I would recommend a bag with a more robust handle telescope and locking mechanism, and more reliable wheel bearings.
