I had the W 500 for 4 years and used it everyday for work..it lasted 4 years before the main zipper ripped. That was understandable being the way I use it/ So I bought the newest, heavy duty model. I immediately noticed it was much sturdier. Then 1 of the wheels started making noises and became "unround". I called CH Ellis only to find out THEY HAVE NO REPLACMENT PARTS (yet?) Apparantly they do not produce parts until they see what is going to break?? Not a smart policy. My options were to send the bag back and let them look at it and decide what to do. Now that would be fine if I could carry about 150 tools in my pockets while they analyze the wheel.
I would have payed for a wheel kit BUT there aren't any. No handle kits either. SO if I had this to do over again I would not buy this product. NOT because I do not like the product but because there is no practical and reasonable support for it. Shame on you CH Ellis!! Get with the program!! Eveything breaks sooner or later, why be so cheap? GET REPLACEMENT PARTS NOW PLEASE!!!
