As a field service tech, I find this case very reliable. The added room allows for large tools and equipment as well as spare parts.
The excellent construction allows the case to be used as a step stool in an emergency.
The only con is the wheels. They seem a bit weak. One of them is rattling quite loudly. This will need to be replaced with a new wheel.

the pallets in this case do not hold tools securely - they fall all over the inside of the case

I saw another technician using this tool case and he recommended it. It is worth the money and has saved my back not having to carry heavy tool boxes and has saved me time, being able to have most all my tools with me and not having to return to my van for something. It's great!

Case has plenty of pockets for a wide variety of tools. Large capacity storage area under pallets for larger tools/equipment. The included foam pads which can be cut to create pockets for equipment is a good idea if you have a few pieces of test equipment or the like but is not practical for miscellaneous tools (wrenches, etc). However, when storing a quantity of loose tools and/or equipment, the pads can be used as filler between the pallets and the loose items to prevent shifting during transport. The wheels and handle are a VERY nice feature. Construction and quality of this case is above average, especially for the price.
