Jelco - EZ-LIFT Shipping and Display Case for 65" Displays

JELCO’s EZ-LIFT display case is designed for rapid, one-person setup. When released, the EZ-LIFT mechanism gently raises the mounted large screen display into viewing position. When finished, lower large screen display into case and lock into the down position for storage and shipping. No electrical power is needed.

The EZ-LIFT mechanism is designed to lift the large screen display to a maximum height of 52" (floor to bottom edge of display). A lower height setting is also available. The large screen display mounts to the EZ-LIFT using a custom Chief Mfg. PSM bracket. Mounting bracket is supplied with each case for your specific large screen display.

The ATA shipping case uses 4" locking casters for easy rolling over carpet surfaces.

JELCO ATA Plasma cases are designed for shipping your monitor by common carriers.

Our unique design incorporates an accessory area that creates a wider case and helps to make it more stable during shipping. This design even allows you to load the monitor while in the upright position. Four locking casters keep the case from moving when loading monitor.

The exterior of the case uses high strength plastic laminate which is permanently bonded to 3/8” premium grade solid core plywood case surface All handles and twist-lock latches are recessed to prevent damage during shipping.

The interior uses an inner case that floats independently from the exterior shell, protecting the monitor from outside shocks during shipment. Monitor is strapped into inner case and then covered with an inner lid that is strapped into place before outer lid is locked into place.

The large accessory area can be used for storage of mounting brackets, removable speakers or miscellaneous parts. The storage compartment is padded and extends the full length of case. A full length, heavy-duty piano-type hinge is used on accessory lid.
